I’m a licensed therapist with over 17 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. Many of the people I work with come to therapy struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or unresolved trauma. I am trained in models that work well for couples and families, along with CBT and DBT methods, and EMDR.
