I am passionate about working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and attachment. My purpose is to help clients find fulfillment and feel authentic in their day to day lives by fostering an environment focused on self-compassion and changing their narrative.

I use a mix of person centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create an experience of feeling seen and equipped to make the changes in your life that matter most to you. I am trained in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help you work through traumas that you feel are blocking your path.

My hope is for you to feel empowered and whole. I use a solution-focused approach when it comes to setting goals so that you have a clear vision of what you are aiming for. I meet you where you are; and I am there to sit with you in your hard moments and to celebrate your wins too.
