I work with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, acute stress disorder, PTSD, stress management concerns, life transitions, mood disorders, dissociation, attachment issues, behavioral challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, and substance use. I help clients develop emotional regulation skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and build a more positive sense of identity and connection in their daily lives.

I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) for children and teens, Motivational Interviewing, and SMART (Sensorimotor Arousal and Regulation Treatment). My work focuses on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns.
