I work with couples and families who are struggling with communication and relationship boundaries, and who are looking to build a more honest and emotionally intimate connection. I am trauma informed and have a keen interest in working with people with high intelligence, people affected by substance abuse, dysfunctional family dynamics, spiritual uncertainty, intimacy issues, and childhood trauma. Let's explore what family means to you. I'd like to help you understand how and why you might struggle, while working towards a healthy sense of self. I strongly believe people can change in meaningful ways with safe guidance and support.
We learn in relationship, and I specialize in helping you understand patterns that lead us to feeling stuck in our lives.
