My therapeutic approach is an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strengths-based approach, focusing on identifying and leveraging your unique abilities to highlight your strengths.
It takes vulnerability and courage to reveal the inner workings of who you are and I’m determined to walk with you every step of the way! It can be scary and difficult to embrace these parts of ourselves when shame can hinder our focus. With compassion and curiosity, I will collaborate with you in the process of finding wholeness, hope, and healing.
