I specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, post- traumatic stress disorder, substance use concerns, parent-child difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I use a combination of rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused principles in my practice.
Ultimately, my goal is to assist others in achieving personal growth and achieving greater happiness and satisfaction in all aspects of life: emotionally, socially, financially, physically, spiritually, intellectually, occupationally and environmentally.
