My approach is a combination of empathy, compassion and accountability. I am a believer in providing my clients with positive reinforcement and honesty. Humor is an important part of the therapeutic process as well and I do apply animation, conversation and entertainment to your session as needed. So just be yourself and everything will be alright.
I have been through my own struggles with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma and substance abuse. I have made it my mission to ensure that others find healing like I have and to increase a positive outlook on their future.
