We all have stages in our lives when seeking couples therapy is beneficial in improving the quality of our relationship and in turn, the overall quality of our lives. Your relationship doesn’t have to be in crisis in order to seek out therapy. Many couples simply come in for maintenance visits, in order to prevent bigger problems down the road!
