I believe profoundly in the process of therapy and change. My goal is to help empower each person or family with whom I work, so that you can have a greater feeling of control in your life. I integrate several complimentary approaches to meet your needs and to assist in improving the quality of your life. My 30+ years of work experience, combined with numerous advanced professional trainings, enables me to assist you in resolving whatever difficulties you are facing. However, I have come to believe that technical skill is not what determines the depth of healing in the room, Presence does.
My advanced professional trainings in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Creative arts and IKH (Spiritual Healing approach) enhances my ability to work with trauma and conflict on many levels. Additionally, I work with clinicians who want to deepen their own inner work — not because they are failing, but because they know there is more.
