About
Life is hard. It doesn't come with instructions. Sometimes it feels like you're on a roller coaster ride. If you are feeling the need to stop the ride and get off, let's work together to help you get back on solid ground. I believe that building trust and being comfortable are essential to the therapeutic relationship and will work to ensure that a safe space is created to allow you to do the work you need to do.
I have a passion for working with military and veterans. I believe that those who have served our country deserve to receive the best care without having to jump through hoops.
If you reside in PA, DE, or FLA, contact me to have a conversation and get to know each other. We will come up with a plan to help you adjust from being on the roller coaster ride to being firmly rooted on solid ground.
