For over 30 years I have helped individuals, couples and families become healthier. I have extensive experience helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, conflict, intimacy, communication, and personal growth. I have the training, insight and experience needed to work with my clients to define problem areas and make the changes needed to live happier lives.
I am a good listener, am empathic and responsive. I am dedicated to helping people feel more empowered, overcome unhealthy communication styles, thinking patterns, behaviors and heal from painful experiences. Together, we will work towards developing more meaningful and satisfying feelings and relationships.
My specialty lies in working with parents of all children as well as those with disabled children; particularly those with Autism, ADHD, emotional issues &mood disorders.
