About
I have enjoyed being a mental health counselor for over 10 years and can provide individual counseling to adults who are processing various issues and changes in their life. Counseling can help to identify and work towards life goals, and learn new skills to navigate stressors, difficult emotions and experience a more satisfying life. My goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself possible.
I have previous experience working with clients who are dealing with anxiety and mood disorders; problems with emotion regulation and difficulties communicating effectively, and processing stress, loss and trauma. I also support people to increase their self-esteem and improve interpersonal boundaries.
Please call or e-mail me so I can assess your counseling needs.
