I believe therapy helps to relieve painful and uncomfortable feelings and it can be a journey of self discovery and awareness that will lead to a more fulfilling life. People begin working with me when they are having difficulty adjusting to a current life situation and others seek to address their struggles with depression, anxiety, or relationships.
I recognize that it can be difficult to begin therapy and I do my best to offer a safe and nurturing space. I value compassion and humor in my practice and I try to understand and connect with my clients at their own pace. Treatment is tailored to your needs.
I have twenty years of experience providing therapy and have served as Director in several community mental health settings. I continue to actively train and study so that I can provide the best care and practices.
