I started Root Energy Wellness to help people be happier and healthier. I will strive to help you find your unique path to overcome obstacles and solve problems by getting to the Root of your struggles in order to create more positive Energy in your life to achieve optimal Wellness. Whether through a particular treatment modality, spiritual exploration, or cognitive or somatic processing, REW is here to help you!
In helping you become a happier, healthier version of yourself, I will work with you to build skills to incorporate more compassion and care in your life, starting with yourself then working toward sharing it with others. I utilize person-centered, humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to help you get to where you want to be.
If you think there are areas in your life that you would like to work on, I'd love to hear about your needs, wants and goals to see if we are a good fit. Contact me via website, email or phone and we can get started on this journey together.
