Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or painful experiences from your past. Maybe you’re hard on yourself and overwhelmed by regret, shame, disappointment, or the feeling that your life isn’t where you want it to be. You may look like you’re holding things together from the outside, or you may feel stuck or overwhelmed. Either way, you don’t have to navigate this alone — therapy can be a safe place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. We can work toward understanding yourself with compassion while creating meaningful, lasting change over time.
I work with adults who want more than simply managing symptoms. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface—your emotions, needs, relationships, protective patterns, and experiences that shaped how you see yourself and relate to others. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, while supporting change and your goals.
I integrate emotion-focused approaches, EMDR, parts work, ACT, and strategies based on your needs and goals. I believe you should be able to bring the parts of your experience into therapy without judgment. We’ll approach them with curiosity and compassion while helping you move toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and more alignment.
