Finding the right fit is essential when seeking a new therapist. In order to do the hard work of therapy, it's important to feel safe, understood, and respected. As a therapist, I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for clients to overcome the barriers standing in the way of living life to the fullest.
I work with teens and adults on issues related to overall life satisfaction, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, body-image concerns, postpartum transitions, relationships, identity, and self esteem. I specialize in treating Eating Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, and Substance Use Disorders.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, strength-based, and relational, which means that our work together is catered to your individual needs and preferences. I seek to help clients understand the nuances of how their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence their behavior in the present.
