My treatment approach is grounded in a strength-based, CBT framework and integrates EMDR, IFS, and other evidence-based modalities. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating substance misuse, often alongside co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I prioritize building therapeutic relationships that are rooted in safety, mutual respect, and curiosity—creating space for clients to explore and heal all parts of themselves.
I provide LADC assessments and court-ordered evaluations. Additionally, I am an approved Impaired Driver Service Provider (IDSP), when trying to reinstate a driver’s license.
