About
Looking to work on skills?Looking to find what is working in your life and what is not? Looking to delve deeper into your relationships? Ever wonder if your thinking patterns are healthy or not? I am a trained and licensed therapist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are going through difficult times and have trouble identifying emotions to behaviors. What I love about my work is that although I see people at a low point in their lives, as we work together they find the courage and skills to persevere.
I utilize play therapy to help children focus thinking by communicating through the use of play. Children use play to connect thoughts and feelings to behaviors. With adolescents and adults, I help put the puzzle pieces together and problem solve to improve relationships and connections to help achieve personal success! I also do developmental assessments
My office is conveniently located off of Welsh Road and in The Barn office complex. I am able to accept most insurances and cash. Please feel free to give me a call and we can discuss any questions you may have! I am excited and prepared to work with you!
