I strive for universal access and am delighted to adapt sessions to suit the access needs of my clients.
My background in holistic and somatic arts forms the basis for my approach which includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Sessions may incorporate movement, guided meditation and breath work.
