Hello! My belief is that everyone has the compacity to change key aspects in their life to help them function in the way that they would like. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman's method for couples, Triple P Parenting, and Trauma Focused CBT for children. I have experience with many different diagnoses, residential children, couples, and family therapy. I am seeking new clients and slowly building a private practice. Currently I am doing virtual through Sondermind, Headway, and my own EHR system, Therapy Appointment.
Cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman's method for couples, Trauma-focused CBT for children, Triple P Parenting for parents struggling with difficult behaviors, and Structural therapy for families. I have worked in court order family therapy and parenting for 2 years.
