Thank you for visiting my profile! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to teens and adults. My therapeutic style is warm, honest, and accepting and my approach is holistic and evidence-based. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) approach, however integrate other evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I aim to meet clients where they are and guide them to see themselves and their choices more clearly.
I specialize in working with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, codependency, and other relationship challenges. My intention is to help clients gain insight into the source of their emotional pain, identify and clarify personal strengths and values, and make mindful action-based change driven by these values and strengths.
Skill-building and lifestyle changes are often addressed in my work with clients.
