I am excited to help you meet your personal goals. I have been in the counseling field for 12 years and for the last three years I have been studying Somatic Experiencing. I would like to pass on the benefits of SE to you. I have specialized training working with teens and young adults. Somatic Experiencing helps a person obtain optimal body and mind functioning.
