Hi, I'm Jill and I'm glad you're here. I have been a therapist for 20 years and I understand what a big decision it is to start counseling. Whether you feel the problem is big or small or transitional, the right therapist can help you navigate. I have advanced training to help you manage depression, anxiety, anger management, relationships (marital, parent-child, peer) and sexual behavioral health. I take a warm, empathetic approach to treatment to help you feel comfortable and confident in reaching your goals.
I have worked with teens and adults for many years to help them overcome issues with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and problematic sexual behavior. I employ a combination of therapeutic methods and mindfulness to help you live a more balanced, peaceful life.
Talking to a therapist can feel awkward, especially if you've never done it before, but it is often one of the most important steps in making progress towards the changes you want to see in your life.
