About
Hello! My name is Jill LoBocchiaro and I am both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Certified School Counselor with over 13 years of experience. My expertise is in crisis management, risk assessment and adjustment issues related to work-life balance, anxiety, depression, divorce and social-emotional stressors. I commonly use Person-Centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Modification and Radical Acceptance interventions to elicit change in both mind and body for patients struggling to find a healthy balance in their life.
My communication style is empathetic and non-judgmental. It feels easy. We'll work together to identify areas of change in your life through self-reflection and a therapeutic client-clinician relationship. I'll be there to guide and support you through positive behavior changes and work through regressions.
Taking the first step can be scary. In our first session, I'll introduce you to what counseling with me entails and how you can maximize your emotional growth through the therapeutic relationship. If I sound like I might be a good fit for you, I welcome you to reach out today!
