I work with kids, teens, and adults who are learning to navigate their emotions, relationships, and life transitions. With children and adolescents, I focus on emotional regulation, boundary setting, identifying and expressing feelings, and coping with overstimulation (because let’s be honest—life can be a lot). I also support neurodivergent kids and advocate for them in IEP meetings, working closely with parents and teachers to create the best support system possible. I specialize in working with preteens and teens—I love finding creative ways to weave their passions into therapy to make sessions engaging and meaningful.
For adults, much of our work will center around inner child healing, reparenting, and untangling attachment patterns that may no longer serve you. If you're feeling stuck in old cycles and looking for a way forward, we’ll work together to build self-awareness and healthier connections.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and maybe even a little lighter. On a personal note, I’m a Swiftie, cat parent to 3, and a firm believer that you can never have too many crystals.
