My ideal client is ready to begin work with a trained professional to develop the mental, emotional and physical self-awareness and improved skills to more readily navigate life's changes and challenges. They want to better understand themselves and their relationships, to develop their own resilience and foster enjoyment in life. This ideal client is focused on healing old wounds so they can cultivating a stronger and more confident sense of who they are in the present. This person is interested in working to explore and discover meaning and satisfaction across the arc of their entire life.

My therapeutic approach involves partnering with the client to identify and shift away from old patterns that no longer serve them, and to develop better skills to navigate relationships, at work and at home. I help clients discover a more grounded sense of themselves, nurture their inner resources, and find ways to draw upon their own essential spirit.

Most of us have the capacity to heal and grow in relationship, if we feel safe enough to trust and take the time we need to heal. I strive to meet clients where they are in their emotional struggles and crises, but each person must decide for themselves if they are ready to begin their inner work, and can trust me to help them in that process.

This is a non-religious bereavement group open to adults of all ages who have lost a loved one to death and are struggling with grief. This drop-in group meets monthly and is facilitated by licensed mental health professionals on every fourth Friday of the month, except during November and December, when the Sr. Ctrs are closed for the holidays.
