I am an LPC Associate who believes in trusting the process of moment-by-moment, daily transformation. In a safe environment and relaxed body, we can explore emotions understand defenses, and notice the response in our bodies so that we can grow and heal. I believe in human resilience and seek to provide the resources, support, and courage to move through what life dishes out. I find healthy ways to integrate challenging experiences into our daily lives. I help widen the space between stimulus and response (Viktor Frankl), empowering people to choose the response that will enable them to be their best versions.
I deeply attune to the needs of my clients to bring about lasting change through the power of relationships, emotions, and cognitions. I have experience working with young adults, adults, couples, groups, trauma survivors, depression, anxiety, shame, and boundaries. I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from CUI in 2021.
I completed my 4 day Externship on Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples on Sep/Oct of 2022. I realize emotions add color and provide feedback, yet they can be difficult and challenging to navigate. I would love to work with you. Let’s get started!
