Yet meaningful change is a work of God through Christ as we submit our lives to him. God has provided believers a Helper, the Holy Spirit, who empowers, comforts, and guides us through each step of the way. Ultimately, God is interested in changing our hearts, for out of the heart flows all the issues of life.
