About
I specialize in helping people who experience stress from chronic illness and life in general! Together we will work to boost your self-esteem and manage your stress by creating a self- care routine that uniquely fits into your life. Learn how to recognize when you are people pleasing and why you are constantly putting others first. Let's discuss how the mind and the body are connected and are affecting your overall health and well-being! I use a variety of creative approaches to help you discover your best self. Clients often leave feeling inspired and reconnected to their own creative process.
I am the author of "Color, Draw, Collage: Create Your Way to a Less Stressful Life" Skyhorse Publishing 2017. I created this book because I love to help people learn how to control their reactions to stress and and come to terms with their chronic illness. Together we will decide on the types of approaches that work best to help you to reimagine your life.
Dealing with stress and illness can turn your world upside down. Your mind may be filled with endless questions. Discussing your feelings in a supportive environment can make a difference in creating a healthy attitude. As a therapist in a hospital and cancer center for 12 + years I gained a better understanding of the difficulties that you might be facing.
