I am the author of "Color, Draw, Collage: Create Your Way to a Less Stressful Life" Skyhorse Publishing 2017. I created this book because I love to help people learn how to control their reactions to stress and and come to terms with their chronic illness. Together we will decide on the types of approaches that work best to help you to reimagine your life.

Discussing your feelings in a supportive environment can make a difference in creating a healthy attitude. A 6 week group to explore ways of coping with chronic illness and pain. This group will be a supportive environment however it will NOT be a time to sit and complain!
