I am not currently accepting new clients, but other therapists at my office are available. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone and that a trusting and secure partnership between client and therapist is essential to successfully reaching your treatment goals. I strive to create this collaborative relationship with you and to provide you with the tools, support, and education necessary to overcome obstacles in your life. We can work together to help you change relationships, negative outlook, or behavior patterns that are holding you back from feeling fulfilled or happy.
I have a special interest in women's wellness and perinatal mental health as well as working with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties in communication, stress management, relational conflict, depression & anxiety, and emotion dis-regulation. I also treat clients ages 5 and older at my equine-assisted-therapy practice in Wonder Lake, IL.
I believe that every client and situation is different and I believe in creating a flexible and comfortable environment to help each person reach their individual goals.
