We all face times when life can be difficult, and as a parent it can be overwhelming when we are looking for ways to try to help and support our children. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and adults to help with any challenges that you may be facing. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, anger management, grief and loss, school issues, and addiction.
I use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help children explore their negative thoughts and try to help them to work towards making positive outcomes by changing their thinking and perceptions to improve their lives.
I have been a school counselor for the past 26 years, working with students of all age levels, and I enjoy working with children and their families through their life journeys with encouragement, presence, and hope.
