I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the Aberdeen Group, LLC. I have over 12 years of experience working with adults, families and children in a variety of treatment settings. I enjoy working with people of all ages. Life can present some difficult challenges and my passion is to help clients feel understood and provide a positive environment to address their concerns. I strive to treat each client with respect and care during their process of change and growth.
I provide short and long term care for people of all ages. I have worked extensively with issues of grief and loss, abuse, neglect, ADHD, bi-polar, anxiety, depression, school and parenting concerns. I specialize in play therapy and family therapy.
l work from a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered, motivational interviewing, play therapy and family systems. I also offer Christian counseling to those interested in receiving guidance from a distinctly Christian perspective.
