Using compassionate and evidenced-based treatments, I help children, adolescents and adults: stop obsessing about food, their body image, or what they're eating; let go of chronic worrying and find stillness in amidst busy lives; feel more in control by better organizing their time and building routine (less doom scrolling); improve lifestyle behaviors (& lose weight). I also provide parent management training.
My style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. I find great meaning in the work I do, and I honor the courage it takes for clients to be vulnerable. I also find humor is an invaluable resource.
While practical coping skills are essential for managing difficult emotions and navigating challenges, I recognize deeper self-awareness is crucial for implementing and sustaining these new skills. As such, my approach draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and strikes a delicate balance between skills-based interventions and insight development.
I'd love to speak with you further to determine if we are good fit, so please don't hesitate to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you! I also offer in-person appointments and I'd love to meet you that way, too!

Body Positive Weight Management
BPWM is an approach to weight loss and overall healthy living designed to help individuals living in larger bodies find weight loss solutions without constantly worrying about their weight and what they are eating. We take a mental health first approach to weight loss, meaning how we feel about ourselves, the goals we come up with, and the ways we motivate ourselves to get there are done from a place of kindness. We do this all while infusing scientifically-tested principles of behavior change (ACT, CBT) that help you change your habits and actually lose weight for good.
