Struggling to cope with a cancer or chronic illness diagnosis? Need help understanding and processing grief or loss? Having relationship issues? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, I can help! I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space where clients can create long-term positive changes through self-exploration and the development of new perspectives, skills and confidence. In addition to specializing in cancer and illness support, I am also Certified in Thanatology through the Association of Death Education and Counseling, a distinguishing certificate for grief professionals.
I work with adults, teens and couples facing challenges including cancer/chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss. I have worked in psycho-oncology since 2013. My approach is both client-centered and solution-focused, and I incorporate many other treatment modalities based on client needs.
I provide therapy through video sessions. I am licensed in California, Florida and North Carolina, and can see anyone located in these states by video. I am in-network with the following Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs): Lyra, Modern Health and Canopy. Email me to set up a consultation today. I look forward to working with you!
