My primary focus in counseling is to meet people where they are, help them identify where they want to be, and enable them to accomplish their goals. I believe change is possible. I have witnessed my clients overcome and move forward after facing what seemed like insurmountable odds. Does it take work? Yes! But, is it worth it to become the individual (couple or parent) you want to be? Definitely!
I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults facing issues from anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, trauma and relational issues. I have years of experience working with couples in crisis. I have also been trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) designed for children who have experienced relationship-based traumas.
