Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Life can be so painful at times. Therapy can be a helpful way to take ownership of your life and be intentional about your purpose and relationships. I have a special interest in working with clients that are at a crossroads in their lives, careers, or relationships. I work with each client's strengths to help them gain more meaningful relationships that will lead them to a more empowering and enriching life. I often help physicians, therapists, clergy, and other professionals work through issues of burnout and compassion fatigue.

Life can throw unexpected curveballs that leave us scrambling to figure out the next step. Whether the crisis falls in your relationship, career, health, or family, it is important to be intentional in paving a new path forward. I support my clients in their journey of healing and discernment.

I have close professional relationships with many caregiving professionals in the area. I consult with individuals and groups of mental health professionals, medical professionals, and clergy as they navigate compassion fatigue, burnout, and exhaustion. I work with these clients to build meaning and purpose in their lives and careers.

Jill Gilbert's Groups

Women's Post-Divorce Group

This is a group for women who are currently working on healing from a recent divorce. No matter what the circumstances are that lead to a divorce, most women experience feelings of grief, loss, sadness, fear, and guilt. This group gives women space to process these feelings and build resisliency in difficult times. We work to embrace the endless possibilities in writing a new life chapter of meaning and joy.
