My approach to therapy is person-centered which puts an emphasis on the client as the expert. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and working together as a team to help my clients achieve their goals.
I graduated with a specialization in art therapy. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, modeling, etc. and it is possible with telehealth! I also have a lot of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence and domestic violence.
