In my practice I have the honor of working with individuals through their various transitions in life. I approach each person as an individual with unique needs and, depending on your personal goals, I use a variety of treatment approaches.
I have over 25 years of counseling experience. I have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, chronic health issues, trauma, and substance use disorders.
