I help my clients achieve confidence to use the tools necessary to meet life's challenges. Goals are extremely important to identify and increase self esteem. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist who will guide you to a new way of thinking and behavior to create a more positive outlook on life. My experience includes dual diagnosis, substance abuse, anxiety, disorders, sexuality issues, including the LBGTQIA relationships and couples counseling to be a better version of who they strive to be.
I use a client centered approach to therapy with cognitive behavioral techniques. This therapeutic relationship will empower you to make your own decisions and face any obstacle. l believe the majority of success in therapy is the rapport between the counselor and the client.
I have a PhD in clinical sexology and couples counseling is available for developing a more intimate and stable relationship. Communication is the key.
