I'm a Licensed Psychologist in the states of Minnesota and New York, and am originally from the Tuscarora Nation in WNY.
I work best with people who are thoughtful and reflective, and who want to understand themselves in deeper context. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, life transitions, identity questions, or the impact of systems on their well-being. They are often strong and capable, yet tired of carrying things alone. Together, we focus on healing in relationship, building on cultural and personal strengths, and creating a life that feels aligned with their values.
I offer relational, culturally responsive therapy grounded in warmth and collaboration. My work centers identity, strengths, and context — not just symptoms. I integrate evidence-based approaches with narrative and culturally grounded practices to support meaningful, sustainable well-being.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. I approach this work with steadiness, humor, and care, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
