We all feel stuck at times. I believe this experience can result from an unhelpful pattern developed over time, and in addition to feeling lost or unfulfilled, we may find ourselves having emotional or behavioral concerns. From a non-judgmental space, I offer a supportive environment to connect while we work together to uncover the patterns that may contribute to pain and problems in your daily life. It is my aim to help illuminate different ways of being so that you may experience less pain, more satisfaction, and a greater quality of life.
I work with adults who express a range of concerns and a desire to modify some aspect in their lives. Often times these concerns include problems in relationships, difficulty coping with stresses of daily life, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and general feelings of discontent or lack of fulfillment.
I am committed to respecting each person's unique context, identities, and concerns in offering a safe therapeutic space so that we may work together to reach your desired goals. I value the therapeutic relationship we may create and feel honored to be a part of your journey.
