You can build calm in your life. I provide you an outlet for pain; a welcoming place for the things we've learned to tuck in the shadows, that can sneakily come to run our lives. Through practicing ways to calm the body, strategies to manage the mind, and together addressing how heavy pasts can remain present, I help you develop tools to ease distress.
