About
I am a devoted therapist that will provide competent services to adolescents, adults and couples seeking support to address and maintain emotional and physical well being. I believe in solution focused approach where clients are encouraged and supported to develop coping skills and strategies to find their own personal strengths to address stressors in everyday life. Forging a collaborative therapeutic relationship helps develop insight and understanding into old destructive behaviors and beliefs that get in the way of making positive change.
I am dually licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, addiction, anxiety, parenting, behavioral concerns, divorce and relationship discord.
I have a prescriber in my office should medication intervention be required.
