We all have patterns that affect how we show up in life. Attachment styles developed in childhood determine how we define trust, confidence and safety as adults. We may not have learned how to express our needs or emotions and our nervous systems are on constant alert, keeping us from experiencing a healthy sense of self and relationships. Without redirection, we continue to live in stress, overwhelm and uncertainty in our daily lives. Counseling can provide the skills needed to achieve the changes you desire by developing awareness of the mind/body connection, calming the nervous system, and creating new, healthy patterns.
I'm committed to help you gain improved insight, emotional health and experience safe connections. Counseling with me is embodied-focused and person-centered. I use somatic, attachment, and behavioral models that evoke desired change to negative core beliefs, misaligned values, behavior patterns and shame-based identity traits.
