Welcome! Let's talk if obsessive poor body image and disordered eating are holding you back from living a content life. Also, let's work together if you need a specialist in identifying and finding solutions to mental, situational, social, and behavior blocks to your best academic and professional performance. You'll find me heimish - Yiddish for authentic, warm, and approachable. I offer a safe, respectful space to support you forward on your journey to building a life and relationships where you can finally breathe and live to your full, individual potential.
We work together to bring awareness and solutions to life experiences and mental health conditions contributing to your difficult relationships with eating, body image (including aging), academic and professional performance. I understand eating behaviors and body image are especially sensitive and I offer a safe space to share and heal.
You may hesitate reaching out to a therapist for fear no one else could possibly understand or relate. You are an individual yet there are universal life experiences such as life transitions, relationships, loss, and self-esteem we all share. I will focus on your unique experiences and collaborate on strategies to cope with and improve your situation.

Parental Alienation Support Group

There is no loss like grieving the loss of your living children. I offer a safe and understanding space for parents experiencing the unique and extreme isolation and loss due to parental alienation. Parental alienation has only in recent years been more understood and there is still much work to be done in identifying and ending this behavior. The PA group provides support and strategies to cope with the frustration, isolation, and grief experienced from parental alienation. Meetings are in Temecula.
