Embracing Adversity
Facing unexpected challenges in life can be an isolating experience. Often friends and family members want to support but don't know how. Join a therapeutic and supportive community to freely share your experiences without judgment. We will use art and journal activities to identify and express difficult thoughts and feelings. Learn strategies to cope with the impact adversity has had on your life and begin to thrive again.
Embracing Body Diversity
This is not a weight loss support group. Here you will feel safe learning how to cope with the emotions involved in learning to accept your body as-is. This group offers support for men and women who are ready to embrace body acceptance at every size. This group will provide education, resources, and emotional support for individuals ready to accept their bodies and enjoy life to the fullest. This group takes a health at every size and intuitive eating approach.
Parental Alienation Support Group
There is no loss like grieving the loss of your living children. I offer a safe and understanding space for parents experiencing the unique and extreme isolation and loss due to parental alienation. Parental alienation has only in recent years been more understood and there is still much work to be done in identifying and ending this behavior. The PA group provides support and strategies to cope with the frustration, isolation, and grief experienced from parental alienation. Meetings are in Temecula. Please go to my website and Request Appointment to register.
