I have experience working with children (3rd grade and up) and teens, as well as adults (both young and old) who need help reaching their goals, someone to talk to, or just someone to be there to walk with them through the fire.
I have training in trauma-focused modalities, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based treatment. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, abuse (physical, sexual, and emotional), self-esteem, family conflict and domestic violence.
