I am a seasoned therapist who will meet you right where you are with compassion and acceptance. My goal is to create a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel fully seen, fully understood, and supported as you do the sometimes difficult work that leads to personal growth and healing.
My 20+ years of experience includes both mental health and medical social work with adults, children, and families. I have a special interest in working with people who are grieving a loss or learning to cope with a new or chronic illness. I also love helping people with difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, anger.
