I am taking new clients and can get you in quickly! Are you looking for a warm, welcoming, and safe space to talk about personal issues that are interfering with your mental wellness? I would love to talk with you about how we can work together to navigate through life's difficulties, heal emotional scars, relieve psychological struggles, and sort out relational problems. I work with individuals, couples, and families in distress, and I am happy to treat adults of all ages, as well as adolescents.
I work with a wide variety of client issues: mild to severe; straightforward to complex. As a survivor of emotional (narcissistic) abuse myself, I have a deep desire to help others in this type of abusive relationship. The distress created by this type of oppressive dynamic is something nobody needs to go through alone! I also love working with couples!
We have lived through trying times over the past several years, and it is natural to feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, loneliness, hopelessness, despair, and a host of other unsustainable emotions. These are not emotional states you can "boot strap" your way out of alone. Whether it is me or someone else, find someone you can talk to - therapy works!
