Accepting New Clients (in-person and telehealth). For the last 31 years I have had the privilege of walking with individuals and families through some of their most difficult times; trusted with their personal stories and pain. But through these journeys, I have witnessed miracles of growth and healing. Deciding to begin therapy can be a big step and it is important to work with a counselor you feel comfortable with. Therefore, I usually begin with a brief phone conversation where you are able to ask questions before scheduling an appointment. Now offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and DBT.
I specialize in treating trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and addiction. I have special interest in working with those who experienced childhood abuse, sexual trauma, disassociation (including Dissociative Identity Disorder), codependency, and people walking through difficult seasons of life involving grief, loss, and adjusting to a new normal.
I Have Openings For New Clients. The first appointment is often within a week of contacting me. In-person and virtual (telehealth) appointments are available in the evenings and on weekends. When calling, please leave a message. I will respond, usually on the same day. I provide clinical supervision counselors seeing licensure.
