For the last 32 years I have had the privilege of walking with individuals and families through their most difficult times; trusted with their personal stories and pain. Through these journeys, I have witnessed miracles of growth and healing. Deciding to begin therapy can be a big step and it is important to work with a counselor you feel comfortable with. Therefore, I begin with a brief phone conversation where you are able to ask questions before scheduling an appointment.
I have a specialized skill and interest in working with those who experienced abuse, sexual trauma, codependency, and people walking through difficult seasons of life involving grief, loss, and adjusting to a new normal. I also believe counselors need counselors and reserve time in my schedule for other mental health professionals seeking therapy.
I meet with people after normal business hours and on Saturdays either in-person or virtually.
