I have a passion for guiding marriages/couples to overcome obstacles. I am committed to helping individuals with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety or Stress. My professional experience began over 10 years ago which includes schools, inpatient crisis centers & office settings . I believe the counseling process should take the whole person and their life experiences into consideration while looking at the person’s mind, body, and spirit to best fit each individuals needs.
I currently offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Anger, OCD, and other Mood Disorders. I also offer Cognitive Processing Therapy which has great results for person's diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Other services include but are not limited to Grief and Stress Related Issues ages 16 and up.
